[Al-Quran 50:6-8] Have they not looked at the heaven above them - how We structured it and adorned it and how it has no rifts? And the earth - We spread it out and cast therein firmly set mountains and made grow therein [something] of every beautiful kind, Giving insight and a reminder for every servant who turns [to Allah].

Surgical Intervention

And when I am ill, then He cures me, [Al-Quran 26:80]

Disease & Cure - IV

The Quran quotes Abraham, the Haneef, as stating:

And when I am ill, then He cures me,
[Al-Quran 26:80]

Q30:30, which is the basis of the series of posts Mission of the Messengers, begins with the command to set our face to the deen haneef. The term Haneef, as explored in adDeeni Haneefan (The Religion Upright), presumes circumcision of the male as a token of the covenant with God, which we find mentioned in The Torah.

...

Are all sugeries/procedures permissible?
In Surah Muhammad, it is stated:

Excerpt from Guarding the Womb

Regarding Transplants, as discussed in  Organ Harvesting & Organ Transplant, I believe it is another no-go area:

The Quran mentions a murder case in Surah alBaqarah:

And when you killed a man, then you disputed concerning it, but Allah (is) the One brought forth what you were concealing.
So We said, "Strike him with a part of it." Like this revives Allah the dead, and shows you His Signs, perhaps you may use your intellect.
[Al-Quran 2:72-73]

These ayaat are immediately preceded by the calf sacrifice ayaat, so it is assumed by some translators that the "Strike him with a part of it." is referring to the calf. I assume it is possibly referring to a transplant of the damaged organ. However, do note that:
1)    here both the donor and the recepient were already dead.
2)    The donor is an animal permissible to eat

Or if it is not referring to the calf, then perhaps this ayat is mentioning resuscitation/CPR.

Then hardened your hearts from after that so they (became) like [the] stones or stronger (in) hardness. And indeed, from the stones certainly (there are some) which gush forth from it [the] rivers, and indeed, from certainly (there are some) which split, so comes out from it [the] water, and indeed, from certainly (there are some) which fall down from fear (of) Allah. And not (is) Allah unaware of what you do.
[Al-Quran 2:74; typos edited

Interestingly Q2:73 states '... like this Allah revives...'  and the next ayat Q2:74 speaks about the hardening of the hearts like stones or even stronger in hardness. A long-term complication of heart transplants is the narrowing and hardening of arteries connected to the donor heart. Emerging research into arterial hardening of ageing populations points towards a repair protein ...
