[Al-Quran 50:6-8] Have they not looked at the heaven above them - how We structured it and adorned it and how it has no rifts? And the earth - We spread it out and cast therein firmly set mountains and made grow therein [something] of every beautiful kind, Giving insight and a reminder for every servant who turns [to Allah].

Amr ( أَمْرُ )

Command

The Bee (16:12)

And He has subjected for you the night and day and the sun and moon, and the stars are subjected by His command. Indeed in that are signs for a people who reason.

— Saheeh International

https://quran.com/16/12

The Quran mentions creation and command as two separate actions:

The Heights (7:54)

Indeed, your Lord is Allāh, who created the heavens and earth in six days and then established Himself above the Throne.[1] He covers the night with the day, [another night] chasing it rapidly; and [He created] the sun, the moon, and the stars, subjected by His command. Unquestionably, His is the creation and the command; blessed is Allāh, Lord of the worlds.

— Saheeh International

[1] See footnote to 2:19: Allāh states in the Qur’ān that He has certain attributes such as hearing, sight, hands, face, mercy, anger, coming, encompassing, being above the Throne, etc. Yet, He has disassociated Himself from the limitations of human attributes or human imagination. Correct Islāmic belief requires faith in the existence of these attributes as Allāh has described them without applying to them any allegorical meanings or attempting to explain how a certain quality could be (while this is known only to Allāh) and without comparing them to creation or denying that He (subḥānahu wa taʿālā) would have such a quality. His attributes are befitting to Him alone, and "There is nothing like unto Him." (42:11)

https://quran.com/7/54

Allah عزوجل creates with materials, such as humans with 'turab' and 'teen', jaan from 'naar', and so on.

Allah عزوجل commands and creation complies with His Commands. For example:

The Cow (2:117)

Originator of the heavens and the earth. When He decrees a matter, He only says to it, "Be," and it is.

— Saheeh International

Explained in Detail (41:11-12)

41:11

Then He directed Himself[1] to the heaven while it was smoke and said to it and to the earth, "Come [into being],[2] willingly or by compulsion." They said, "We have come willingly."

— Saheeh International

[1]Literally, 'become' or 'do [as commanded].'

[2]See footnote to 2:19: quoted above under Q7:54

41:12

And He completed them as seven heavens within two days and inspired [i.e., made known] in each heaven its command. And We adorned the nearest heaven with lamps [i.e., stars, for beauty] and as protection.[1] That is the determination of the Exalted in Might, the Knowing.

— Saheeh International

[1]From the devils who attempt to steal information from the angels.

https://quran.com/41/11-12

Those endowed with free-will are directed to willingly submit to their Creator and Sustainer. So, when Allah عزوجل commanded Abraham (Ibrahim عليه السلام):

The Cow (2:131)

When his Lord said to him, "Submit," he said, "I have submitted [in Islām][1] to the Lord of the worlds."

— Saheeh International

[1]The meaning of the word 'Islām' is 'submission to the will of Allāh.' This is the way of life ordained by Allāh and taught by all of the prophets from Adam to Muḥammad (). A Muslim is one who submits himself to Allāh.

https://quran.com/2/131

This was the legacy of Abraham (Ibrahim عليه السلام), and which was followed upon by the believers in his progeny, as quoted in the next two ayaat (Q2:132-133). Also, we find quoted his great grandson Joseph (Yusuf عليه السلام)'s prayer in Q12:101 praying to die in a state of Islam.

The Forgiver (40:66-68)

40:66

Say, [O Muḥammad], "Indeed, I have been forbidden to worship those you call upon besides Allāh once the clear proofs have come to me from my Lord, and I have been commanded to submit to the Lord of the worlds."

— Saheeh International

40:67

It is He who created you from dust, then from a sperm-drop, then from a clinging clot; then He brings you out as a child; then [He develops you] that you reach your [time of] maturity, then [further] that you become elders. And among you is he who is taken in death before [that], so that you reach a specified term;[1] and perhaps you will use reason.

— Saheeh International

[1]The time decreed for your death.

40:68

He it is who gives life and causes death; and when He decrees a matter, He but says to it, "Be," and it is.

— Saheeh International

Joseph (12:40)

You worship not besides Him except [mere] names you have named them,[1] you and your fathers, for which Allāh has sent down no evidence. Legislation is not but for Allāh. He has commanded that you worship not except Him. That is the correct religion, but most of the people do not know.

— Saheeh International

Q3:114 they believe in Allah and the Last Day, and they enjoin (وَيَأْمُرُونَ) what is right, and they forbid what is wrong, and hasten to good deeds, and those are among the reformed

Q3:128 not for you is the decision (الْأَمْرِ) anything, whether Allah turns to them or punishes them, for indeed they are zalimun

Q3:147 ... 'Our Lord forgive us our sins, and the excesses in our affairs (وَإِسْرَافَنَا فِي أَمْرِنَا), and plant firmly our feet, and grant us victory over the disbelieving nation

Q3:152 and Allah certainly fulfilled His Promise to you when you were killing the enemy by His Permission until you lost courage and fell into disputing about the order (الْأَمْرِ), and disobeyed after He had shown you that which you love, ...

Q3:154 then after distress, He sent security drowsiness overcoming a faction of you, while another faction worried about their nafs, thinking thoughts about Allah other than the truth, the thoughts of ignorance, saying is there for us in this matter (الْأَمْرِ) anything? say 'all matters (الْأَمْرَ) belong completely to Allah' ... they say, 'if there was for us in this matter (الْأَمْرِ) anything, we would not have been killed right here', say ...

Q3:159 So, by the Mercy of Allah, you were lenient with them, ... , so pardon them and ask forgiveness for them, and consult them in the matter (الْأَمْرِ), and when you have decided ...

Q3:186  ... but if you are patient and fear Allah, surely that is determined (upholding of) commands  (عَزْمِ الْأُمُورِ

Q4:37 those who are stingy, and enjoin (وَيَأْمُرُونَ) upon people stinginess, and hide what Allah has given them from His bounty, and We have prepared for the disbelievers a humiliating punishment.

Q4:47 O you who have been given the scripture, believe in what We have sent down confirming that which is with you, before We obliterate faces and turn them towards their back or curse them as We cursed the people of the sabbath, and ever is the decree (أَمْرُ) of Allah accomplished.

Q4:58 Indeed, Allah, He commands you (يَأْمُرُكُمْ) that you restore trusts to whom their owners, and when you judge between people, you judge with justice, indeed Allah excellently advises you with, and Allah is ever Hearing Seeing

Q4:59 O you who have believed: obey Allah and obey the Messenger, and those in authority (وَأُولِي الْأَمْرِ) among you; and if you disagree over anything, return it to Allah and the Messenger, if you believe in Allah and the Last Day; that is good and better in outcome.

Q4:60 have you not seen those who have claimed to believe in what was revealed to you, and what was revealed before you? they wish to refer legislation to Taghut, even though they were ordered (أُمِرُوا) to reject it, and Satan wishes to lead them far astray.

Q4:83 and when comes to them some matter (أَمْرٌ) of security or fear, they broadcast it; and if they had returned it to the Messenger and those in authority among them, they could have found out through proper investigators among them, and if not for the favour of Allah upon you and His Mercy, you would certainly have followed Satan except a few.

Q4:114 no good is in their in much of their private conversation, except for those who enjoin (أَمَرَ) charity, or that which is right, or reconciliation between people. And whoever does that seeking means of approval of Allah, then we are going to soon give him a great reward.

Q4:119 'and I will mislead them, and I will arouse in them desires, and I will command them (وَلَآمُرَنَّهُمْ) so they will slit the ears of cattle, and I will command them (وَلَآمُرَنَّهُمْ) so they will change (deteriorate (فَلَيُغَيِّرُنَّ) the creation of Allah.' And whoever takes Satan as an ally instead of Allah has certainly sustained a clear loss.

.

.

.

Q12:53 I do not acquit my nafs; indeed the nafs commands (النَّفْسَ لَأَمَّارَةٌ) evil (بِالسُّوءِ), except those upon whom my Lord has Mercy; indeed, my Lord is Forgiving, Merciful

Specific Medical Cases & their Treatment

And when I am ill, then He cures me, [Al-Quran 26:80]

Disease & Cure - III

The Qur'an narrates some specific cases of disease, and in each case some action is taken or prescribed to cure the condition:

Jonah (Yunus)
The Quran informs us that a gourd plant was grown to cure Jonah:

And indeed, Yunus (was) surely of the Messengers. When he ran away to the ship laden. Then he drew and was of the losers. Then swallowed him the fish, while he (was) blameworthy. And if not that he was of those who glorify Certainly, he (would have) remained in its belly until the Day they are resurrected.
But We cast him onto the open shore while he (was) ill. And We caused to grow over him a plant of gourd.
And We sent him to a hundred thousand or more. And they believed, so We gave them enjoyment for a while.
[Al-Quran 37:139-148]

 Job (Ayub)

And Ayub, when he called (to) his Lord, "Indeed, [I] has touched me the adversity, and You (are) Most Merciful (of) the Merciful."
So We responded to him and We removed what (was) on him of (the) adversity.
And We gave him his family and (the) like thereof with them (as) Mercy from Ourselves, and a reminder for the worshippers.
[Al-Quran 21:83-84]

The Quran informs us that Job (Ayub) was provided with something cool to drink and to bathe with. It does not specifically use the word water, but translators assume it. Q38:41 also informs us that the distress and suffering was caused by Satan. Ayub was cured, his family was returned to him and also increased.

And make mention (O Muhammad) of Our bondman Job, when he cried unto his Lord (saying):
Lo! the devil doth afflict me with distress and torment.
(And it was said unto him): Strike the ground with thy foot. This (spring) is a cool bath and a refreshing drink. And We bestowed on him (again) his household and therewith the like thereof, a mercy from Us, and a memorial for men of understanding. And (it was said unto him): Take in thine hand a branch and smite therewith, and break not thine oath.
Lo! We found him steadfast, how excellent a slave! Lo! he was ever turning in repentance (to his Lord).
[Al-Quran 38:41-44, Translator: Pickthall]

Mary (Maryam) Labour Pains & Childbirth
When Mary was sufering the labour pains and delivering the baby Jesus (Isa), Q19:23-26 informs us that:

Then drove her the pains of childbirth to (the) trunk (of) the date-palm.
She said, "O! I wish I (had) died before this and I was (in) oblivion, forgotten."
So cried to her from beneath her, "That (do) not grieve verily, (has) placed your Lord beneath you, a stream. And shake towards you (the) trunk (of) the date-palm, it will drop upon you fresh dates ripe. So eat and drink and cool (your) eyes.
And if you see from human being anyone then say, "Indeed, I [I] have vowed to the Most Gracious a fast, so not I will speak today (to any) human being."
[Al-Quran 19:23-26]

Emerging medical research recommends similar exercises during labour, and consumption of similar food and drink post-labour.

Procreation
Both Abraham and Zechariah were given good news of a child while they and their spouses had grown very old, well past the age of procreating. No fertility treatment was prescribed, nor were they given any details about how it would be made possible; they were simply  informed that it is easy for God.

Abraham (Ibrahim)  & his wife:

And his wife (was) standing and she laughed.
Then We gave her glad tidings of Ishaq, and after Ishaq (of) Yaqub.
She said, "Woe to me! Shall I bear a child while I am an old woman and this, my husband, (is) an old man? Indeed, this (is) surely a thing amazing."
They said, "Are you amazed at (the) decree of Allah? The Mercy of Allah and His blessings (be) upon you, people (of) the house. Indeed, He (is) All-Praiseworthy, All-Glorious."
[Al-Quran 11:71-73]

Then came forward his wife with a loud voice, and struck her face and she said, "An old woman barren!"
They said, "Thus said your Lord.
Indeed, He [He] (is) the All-Wise, the All-Knower."
[Al-Quran 51:29-30]

Zechariah (Zakariya) & his wife:

There only, Zakariya invoked his Lord, he said, "My Lord grant [for] me from Yourself offspring pure. Indeed, You (are) All-Hearer (of) the prayer
Then called him the Angels when he (was) standing - praying in the prayer chamber.
"Indeed, Allah gives you glad tidings of Yahya, confirming [of] a Word from Allah and a noble and chaste and a Prophet among the righteous.
He said, "My Lord how can (there) be for me a son, and verily has reached me [the] old age and my wife (is) [a] barren?
He said, "Thus; Allah does what He wills."
[Al-Quran  3:38-40]

 Kaaf Ha Ya Ain Sad.
 (A) mention (of the) Mercy (of) your Lord (to) His servant Zakariya
When he called (to) his Lord a call - secret.
He said, "My Lord! Indeed, [I] (have) weakened my bones, and flared (my) head (with) white, and not I have been in (my) supplication (to) You my Lord unblessed. And indeed, I [I] fear the successors after me, and is my wife barren. So give [to] me from Yourself an heir Who will inherit me and inherit from (the) family (of) Yaqub. And make him my Lord, pleasing."
"O Zakariya! Indeed, We [We] give you glad tidings of a boy his name (will be) Yahya, not We (have) assigned [for] it before (this) name."
He said, "My Lord! How can I have a boy, while is my wife barren, and indeed, I have reached of the old age extreme?"
He said, "Thus, said your Lord, 'It (is) easy for Me and certainly I (have) created you before, while not you were anything.'"
[Al-Quran 19:1-11]

Mary (Maryam) & the conception of Jesus(Isa):
Mary's virgin body became pregnant with a male child upon receiving a command from God. When she was given the news, she wondered:

When said the Angels, "O Maryam! Indeed, Allah gives you glad tidings of a word from Him, his name (is) the Messiah, Isa, son (of) Maryam, honored in the world and (in) the Hereafter, and of those brought near (to Allah). And he will speak (to) the people in the cradle and (in) maturity; and (he will be) of the righteous."
She said, "My Lord how is [it] for me a boy, and (has) not touch(ed) me any man?"
He said, "Thus Allah creates what He wills. When He decrees a matter then only He says to it, "Be," and it becomes.
[Al-Quran 3:45-47]

She said, "Indeed, I [I] seek refuge with the Most Gracious from you if you are God fearing."
He said, "Only I am a Messenger (from) your Lord, that I (may) bestow on you a son pure."
She said, "How can be for me a son, when not has touched me a man, and not I am unchaste?"
He said, "Thus; said your Lord, 'It (is) for Me easy, and so that We will make him a sign for the mankind and a Mercy from Us. And (it) is a matter decreed.'"
So she conceived and she withdrew with him (to) a place remote.
[Al-Quran 19:18-22]

Excerpt from  Virgin Birth

What is noteworthy in all three cases is that they were not asked to have any fertility treatment. In fact Q4:1 warns us to guard the womb:

Excerpt from Guarding the Womb

In fact, the people who are surprised to see Mary carrying a baby are quoted as saying that:

Then she came to her people carrying him (Isa).
They (her people) said, "O Maryam !you have come with a strange thing. O sister of Harun ! your father was not a bad man nor your mother was one who exceeded the limits."
