Allah ﷻ has neither begotten any offsprings, nor has He ﷻ taken any of His creation as His son. Allah ﷻ alone is God, and there is no one who shares in His worship or His Powers.
Jewish and Christian writings, and translations of the scripture contain terms like 'sons of God' , ... The Hebrew term is ben Elohim. At the bottom of this post are some links as to their understanding of this term.
The following are a selection of ayaat from The Quran refuting any and all association of anyone with Allah ﷻ .
Sahih International: They say, " Allah has taken a son." Exalted is He! Rather, to Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and the earth. All are devoutly obedient to Him,

Sahih International: But the Jews and the Christians say, "We are the children of Allah and His beloved." Say, "Then why does He punish you for your sins?" Rather, you are human beings from among those He has created. He forgives whom He wills, and He punishes whom He wills. And to Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them, and to Him is the [final] destination.

Sahih International: The Jews say, "Ezra is the son of Allah "; and the Christians say, "The Messiah is the son of Allah." That is their statement from their mouths; they imitate the saying of those who disbelieved [before them]. May Allah destroy them; how are they deluded?

Sahih International: They have taken their scholars and monks as lords besides Allah , and [also] the Messiah, the son of Mary. And they were not commanded except to worship one God; there is no deity except Him. Exalted is He above whatever they associate with Him.

Sahih International: Allah has not taken any son, nor has there ever been with Him any deity. [If there had been], then each deity would have taken what it created, and some of them would have sought to overcome others. Exalted is Allah above what they describe [concerning Him].

There are many more ayaat in The Quran which categorically and clearly refute any association, whatsoever, with Allah ﷻ . One should abstain from use of any such terms or phrases which indicate any association denoting a familial link with Allah ﷻ , the One and Only Ilah.
