Surah ash-Shu’ara, while narrating about the Thamud quotes Allah’s Messenger Saleh saying that:

150 فَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ |
|
151 وَلَا تُطِيعُوا أَمْرَ الْمُسْرِفِينَ |
|
152 الَّذِينَ يُفْسِدُونَ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا يُصْلِحُون |
|
150. So fear Allah and obey me. |
|
151. And do not obey the order of the transgressors, |
|
152. Who cause corruption in the land and do not amend." |
Translation: Saheeh International
Surah an-Naml narrates a bit about the Thamud: the nine groups in the city plotting to kill their Messenger of Allah:
وَكَانَ فِي الْمَدِينَةِ تِسْعَةُ رَهْطٍ يُفْسِدُونَ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا يُصْلِحُون
And there had been nine groups of persons in the city who make corruption in the earth and make not things right.

The surah continues with a brief mention of the destruction of the Samood.
