Surah al-Isra / Bani Israel

And [for] every person We have imposed his fate upon his neck,[1] and We will produce for him on the Day of Resurrection a record which he will encounter spread open.
— Saheeh International

[1]i.e., after having instructed him, We have made him responsible for his own destiny.

[It will be said], "Read your record. Sufficient is yourself against you this Day as accountant."
— Saheeh International
